My brain is an asshole bully telling me I'm whack.
Everyday I wake up I am tempted to react
with a bullet to the brain, but really I can't complain.
I'm breathing and I'm living and I want to stay that way.
I don't want to die,

So today I'll sit on my couch beer in my mouth, thumb in my ass.
Trying to get better, but no go getter lives in the past.
Get two bucks for beer, but everyone here knows my act.

Hold my heart to a new standard
love myself so I don't feel stranded.
